I’ve never given such a poor review and have never felt more compelled to do so. Not sure where to begin so I’ll begin with the terribly worn $1100 a night queen suite. Old bathroom fixtures with a poor shower head emitting poor water pressure; a leaky sink; an ancient built in blow dryer that probably hasn’t worked in years, but is still on the wall (The replacement dryer’s cord falls out of the outlet repeatedly during use); a ceiling fan emitting a high pitched whirring sound so loud we laughed the first time we flicked on the light; a sofa bed mattress so old you can feel every coil; and a door to the commode area that doesn’t fully close. Of the outlets in the room, most weren’t working. Upon arrival, we were told that the phone in the room wasn’t working, but would be by the next day- it never worked during our stay, which we found out when we lost all water to the room on our last evening and couldn’t call the lobby. One of the elevators wasn’t working leading to long wait times. In room amenities were sparse and did not include bar soap. Housekeeping failed to leave hand towels or replace coffee. Breakfast service was so slow we indulged only once.
The spa service was lovely; the spa itself, like the guest rooms, is poorly maintained.
The food was solid and the staff is friendly. But the one towel per guest card policy is just cheesy and an insult to customers paying these room rates for location alone. I won’t trust Expedia reviews again. Do better Noble House.
