威爾頓瑪諾斯Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「It's not that the property was bad. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious and rather luxurious. The issue was two-fold: -First, the beach itself was disgusting with seaweed everywhere. Only a few brave souls were actually in the water, wading through massive amounts of seaweed. I understand there is nothing you can do about the seaweed in the water, but the resort could have at least removed it from the sand instead of just letting it accumulate there....

「The hotel itself was beautiful, the lobby was perfectly air conditioned when walking in, however, there was a strong fragrance upon entering which was a bit rough for those with reactive asthma. Room was as pictured, clean, well maintained, in room air conditioning worked very well. Restaurants were easy to find and had a good amount of food options, even an ice cream shop with coffee.」

「The showerhead in the bathroom is terrible. No matter how I close the shower curtain, a lot of water always leaks out onto the floor, and in the end the entire bathroom floor gets soaked.」

「We arrived late, around 8 pm, and even then, we had to wait for a room. Apparently, we were upgraded, but we ended up in the same room we had reserved. We were informed that someone needed to inspect the room before completing the check-in process. When we arrived, we found a disgusting used Q-tip under the bed. The door to the fridge was completely broken, and the bathroom was covered in black, long hairs. I have very short blonde hair. The next day, we requested that the room be cleaned...
