不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and there was a gap on the side. Door was definitely damaged. One of the lamps did not work. The beds were probably dirty because we were itchy all night. We were also missing a chair for the desk and had to ask for them to bring in a chair. Walking through the hall we could also smell other people smoking weed. The walls are super thin too, you could hear the sounds coming from other rooms. Lastly, we were woken up at 3:30am by the fire alarm and notice. This happened TWICE. We heard other guests coming back up saying that this was an USUAL occurence in the building. There was no fire. Their fire system was having "technical difficulties". We booked two nigths with this hotel but we could not stand staying one more night so we left after the first night. Overall, worst experience ever!!
