It was a major construction on the apartment upstairs every day except Sunday from 9:45 am to around 5 pm so unable to sleep during those hours. Few supplies of towels for 10 days (Only 3 towels for showers for 2 person)and they won’t give you more supplies because according to them there is a washer and dryer in the resort to do laundry but the washer has its cover bend so unable to wash. TV from living room could not be watched for 4 days waiting for technician to set it up.

Great place, good location

Easy and smooth self check-in process. Overall clean and comfortable place. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The bed broke as soon as I sat down on it (I'm only 185 lbs). Turned out the bed was missing a support beam and only held on one side by a single screw. After one phone call, they had someone there to fix it within an hour also offered us another room for the night. Great customer service! Overall, great location, decent place for the money and great customer service.

Had a very good experience here. The room was a lot bigger and nicer than other reviews made it out to be. We did hear the upstairs neighbors a lot but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. For the most part it was very quiet. I love that you could walk to the Publix and Starbucks, location for the price is a major win. The shower pressure was also amazing!

Blood stained blanket. Outdated kitchen. No cleaning provided after numerous complaints. Pots and pans stunk and weren’t clean. With three adults, expected a one bedroom suite, was given a studio instead.

Our experience at La Galleria apartment was extremely disappointing. The management was virtually impossible to reach when we needed assistance, and the apartment was overrun with dead bugs upon our arrival. Adding insult to injury, our plans were thrown into chaos when our flight was cancelled, causing us to arrive a day late, and attempting to extend our stay was met with unnecessary complications. Overall, our stay was marred by poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and unhelpful management. We would not recommend this apartment to anyone

The little things you do not know ahead of time.

The bathtub and shower did not drain well. Hair and sand kept backing up after tenant above used shower. No side or coffee tables in living area. Unknownst to me one of four dinette chairs, all four legs had been unsuccessfully repaired and it nearly collapsed after sitting in it. First floor apt was extremely noisy from tenants w/small child upstairs. I forwarded complaints on a daily basis. Some were tended to others not. No live person available "on site" to actually talk to regarding issues. Everything done via text. No guest parking available for friend or family visit. There will be no next time visit for us. There is NO CANCELLATION or REFUND. PERIOD.
