「Our stay at the Victoria Hotel was great. A nice, quiet location in a residential neighbourhood with the beach and shops a quick car ride away. The room was clean, well air-conditioned and stocked with complimentary coffee. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The host are very responsive and accommodating. Only downside was the pool not being open but we would definitely stay here again.」

「The air conditioning works well!」

「Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「Loacation was perfect. Parking was no hassle. Quiet and very close to everything. 」

「服務人員很親切」

「Room was clean but poor utilization of space. Absolutely no hot water the first night on the 4th floor. Switched our room and shower was warm at best. Couch in the room was under the TV which rendered the couch useless but good place for luggage storage. The chair to the desk had no wheels? Who puts a chair with no wheels at a desk? I asked for milk at the front desk to make coffee in the room and although there’s a full working kitchen they only offered coffee mate creamer? A very odd...

「Good」

「Great little hotel. Hidden gem. Staff was the best. Across from the beach, quiet area. Relaxing stay. I would recommend to anyone!」

「Absolutely horrific. Filthy, dangerous, surrounded by people who look like they were trying to figure out how to stab me and steal my car. If I could rate zero stars, I would, I was literally there three minutes before I had to leave and find something else because I truly feared for my life. And then when Expedia tried to call them to find out what happened, they refused to answer the phone or respond to them.」

「We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to a room mix-up in the system, but overall we had a good stay. The host was very responsive and genuinely tried to make things right. He graciously provided complimentary parking to offset the inconvenience and stayed attentive to all of my requests throughout our stay. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, the mall, restaurants, and coffee shops, which made everything very convenient.」

「Maintenance guy Carlos was awesome but room had unappealing smell inside and the bed was not comfortable. 」
