"Always a wonderful stay and location….. tell no one;) Although they have been working on their elevators for years, and always seemed surprised by their own menu changes, - this is a must stay place. We like it and seem to stay multiple times each year."

"It’s a great location and right on the water ! The building looks fine at first glance but once you get onto the floor with rooms it smells musty, the air vents are dusty, the rooms are outdated, no smart tvs. I think it’s fine if you aren’t expecting a luxury experience and just wanna rent jet skis .. hopefully they’re pricing reflects this moving forward.. "

"My room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful view. The rooms were old and very dusty. Didn't seem clean except for the clean sheets. Bathroom had hair everywhere from the previous guest. Not worth the money when there are plenty of other hotels on the strip. Continental breakfast not includedand was $32 if you wanted it. Valet fee, resort fee..soo many fees for an old outdated room. Picture advertised was not accurate. There was no thermostat in the room to control the AC. We were extremely cold. Definitely would not recommend this resort."

"We used it for a quick overnight and it was perfect. Comfortable bed, working bathroom, tv, and AC. Even had a nice kitchenette if needed. The area was really quirky and welcoming. Target was a quick walk down the street and breakfast was an even quicker walk. Would stay again, no doubt."

"Liked the grounds and the outdoor area quite a bit. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms and window dressings had some wear to them. Location was convenient to anything that one would need."

"The room was clean and check in process was smooth. The management/staff was responsive to concerns. The A/C did not work properly but the fan made the room more comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Ample parking is available for all units."
