「Decent hotel for a short stay. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy and the decor in the lobby is very nice. When it came to the room the bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room however, I felt kind of crammed in the shower. The balcony has a nice view but it’s a very small balcony and there’s no privacy with the other balcony’s next to you. Also, daily house keeping is on request for an additional charge. All in all, I would stay again but only for a short stay.」

「Valet and front desk were both friendly and welcoming. The room looked clean upon entry but the bedroom furnishings and fixtures in the bathroom were very dusty, making everything seem un-clean. I also didn't look out my 8th floor window when I checked in late that night, but when I did that morning, I was very surprised by the disarray and unkept look of the property (run down balconies with broken furniture, painting equipment, green mossy overhang). It didn't give professional hotel vibes...

「Overall, this is a clean and well-run hotel with the exception of my room. The room has been partially remodeled and looks nice while some parts look really outdated, cheap and dirty. There was hair in my sink and tub and mold around the drain that looks like it had been building up for awhile. There’s no way the bathroom had been cleaned before I arrived in my room. If they will cut corners cleaning the bathroom, made me wonder where else they cut corners in cleaning. The food was good,...

「Hotel was clean with friendly efficient staff. Stayed one night in advance of our cruise. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Only negative was shuttle service from airport we had an hour wait and I made quite a few calls to determine the status. Other than that issue all good.」
