"Elevators didn’t work the entire time we were there. Food was incredibly overpriced for breakfast and snacks and drinks. A definite language barrier with the staff. Air conditioner created a lot of compensation in the room, no shower curtains on shower, so the bathroom was soaked after every shower. He did replenish as many towels as I wanted and rugs, but it was obnoxious. Made using the bathroom feel very un clean."

"Owners take care of the property, pool was clean, new lounge chairs and tables at the pool area. Gas grill was available. Room was clean and odor free, air conditioner worked properly. Over all great location and accommodations for a weekend stay. Close to the boardwalk, you don't have to pay for parking while visiting Lauderdale by the sea restaurants and shops. Also available were beach chairs and umbrellas free to use saving rental fees. We would recommend as it was a great value for the price."

"Our stay had both positive and negative aspects. Unfortunately, the beach was not enjoyable because it was covered in seaweed. Upon arrival, our room key didn’t work. We had to return to the front desk three times before the issue was finally resolved. After the third attempt, an IT technician came and fixed the problem. The hotel itself is in need of significant repairs and maintenance. Another downside was the extremely loud music from a party in the lobby. It was impossible to sit there and have a conversation because of the noise. On the positive side, the breakfast staff were outstanding, especially Bianca. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making every breakfast a pleasant experience. The front desk team was also very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, while the staff provided excellent service, the maintenance issues, beach conditions, and excessive noise detracted from the overall experience."

"Communication was excellent with everything explained ahead of time and were very helpful with all our requests. Location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. They provided chairs, an umbrella and towels for the beach. There is a small pool as well. This property is of great value, and we would stay there again."
