「The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms were clean (very clean kitchen and bathroom) grounds are maintained and very quaint and cooling. Nice pool too! However you cannot beat the location! You can get up 10 minutes before sunrise and still make it to the beach. Restaurants minutes away and the best shore snorkeling/diving anywhere! Parking is convenient and easy. We will be booking again!」

「I love the location and beach access. We couldn’t swim because of the seaweed situation but that’s not the resort’s fault. Hopefully Mother Nature will fix that soon. The staff at the hotel were great. Very kind and helpful. Check in was easy and restaurant options and coffee shop were also good. The hotel itself, while being in a great spot, could use a bit of updating. The room we had (one bedroom suite) was so spacious and had two bathrooms (nice surprise) but everything in the sitting area...

「The room was good. Our bedroom door didn’t lock and most of the TVs couldn’t connect to the internet of the property. The outside was ok and there was construction during our visit.」

「The photos are very misleading. The room was the only part of this hotel that met expectations and was the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. The pool area was a huge disappointment. It was extremely overcrowded, appeared dirty, and was far from the relaxing experience advertised. The towel system is unacceptable. You’re given a card to exchange for beach towels, but I waited in line three different times and was never able to get any because they had run out. A resort should never...
