「The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms were clean (very clean kitchen and bathroom) grounds are maintained and very quaint and cooling. Nice pool too! However you cannot beat the location! You can get up 10 minutes before sunrise and still make it to the beach. Restaurants minutes away and the best shore snorkeling/diving anywhere! Parking is convenient and easy. We will be booking again!」

「The receptionist was exceptionally kind, the location is prime, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a walkable distance, very comfortable beds, you can walk right out into the sand on the beach, pool was clean, free paddle board & kayak usage, & parking is included.」

The staff was exceptional for meeting the owner Richard to Sarah at the front desk to Marco who took care of the beach chairs and the towels, etc. the staff was phenomenal. The food was excellent. The amenities were perfect. It felt like we were not even in Florida like we read a resort somewhere tropical thank you for a wonderful stay.」

「Great location but very dated and the bathroom floor tiles and tub were sort of gross. Room was clean but probably not worth it. Bed was a rock.」

「Nice place but very rude front desk. She never even looked at us and mumbled the whole time. Small fridge on the floor of the room and no microwave. The staff basically acted as if you were a burden on them. We stayed at 8 different cities on this two week trip and I wish we would have skipped this one on the way back. The last place we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale was great.」

「The room was good. Our bedroom door didn’t lock and most of the TVs couldn’t connect to the internet of the property. The outside was ok and there was construction during our visit.」

「Hotel was overlooking the beach which was great. The pool appeared cloudy with debris floating about so unsure what the cleaning regime is.」
