"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

The resorts keyless entry system locked us out twice and we heard this happened to many guests. There was 1 elevator not working for our entire stay and another for a couple of days. Waiting for a ride for 30 minutes was extremely frustrating, especially with children."
