"I liked that there were alot of dining options and activities nearby, however the navigation to the pool was somewhat confusing to many guests. More signage shoukd be made available since you have to walk through the spa area in order to get to the pool. When the spa is closed, no access to pool which is a bit disappointing."

"The oceanfront room has a breathtaking view. The suite was outstanding, clean and had everything we need. Walking up to see the sun every morning was perfect. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and generous. "

"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "
