From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the departure everything was perfect. The staff are amazing and the food delicious at all the restaurants. Honestly you never have to leave the hotel. I've stayed at dozens of four seasons (NYC, Hawaii, and Los Angeles to name a few), this was hands down the best one I've ever been too. most beautiful hotel in Miami, which is 2nd only to it's service, probably the best of any hotel anywhere in the world no matter the price.
