From the moment I arrived, my stay was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted with a bellman (Alfred) ready to take care of my luggage and assist me to my suite. The front desk staff was always friendly, ready, and available to help with all my needs. Not to mention, a flute of prosecco and a glass bottle of water being presented to me at check-in. The hotel staff has one mission- exceed the guests expectation for service in all ways possible. The hotel grounds are magnificant, the entire staff is well trained in providing outstanding service. We found the food to be excellent. We travel a great deal for pleasure and without a doubt this hotel is clearly in the top 1 percent. The only hotel that we have found that can match the service is the George V in Paris

I cannot say enough amazing things about this beautiful hotel. The ambiance when you walk in is just stunning! Every single employee I met was a ray of sunshine. From the parking attendants to the entire staff in the pool area. Everyone was so friendly , sweet and eager to assist with everything my friend and I needed. The food at the hotel was by far the best I’ve had in a hotel experience. Everywhere we went for a quick coffee to a delicious dinner was just amazing.

My wife and I used to live in FL and have visited a lot of the higher end hotels/resorts and generally have been very pleased. Even in the company of of elite resports, this place is a standout. We stayed at a resort in Miami the 2 days prior to our stay here and I left my drivers license in our room. I had a flight the next morning and they agreed to have one of their staff head down to Miami to retrieve my license so I could spend my Sunday enjoying the resort. Needless to say the actual...
