4.2/5 Excellent! (1,552 reviews)
"I liked the hotel and the services provided. The room and the bed are large, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is helpful. That's why I think the "main body" of the hotel deserves a 5-star. The only negative issue for me is the labeling of the hotel as a "beach resort". (There is a charge for ..."

4.2/5 Very Good! (983 reviews)
"Overall, the property is nice. The access to the beach, the restaurant downstairs, and location drew me too it. My only complaint was the outdated suite. The size of the suite was amazing but the kitchen fridge was old and wouldn’t close properly not allowing our items to cool timely. The doors also ..."

4.6/5 Exceptional! (990 reviews)
"The property was beautiful, close to the beach, has a wonderful restaurant attached, and great service. The only thing that was problematic was that our AC kept going out and we practically knew all the engineers at the hotel before our leave. They were very helpful but did not fix the problem or ..."

"I am partial to Kimpton hotels because they are distinctive and very customer service friendly. I love Kimpton Goodland in particular because it's small, very quiet, and the staff is just the best."

The only negative issue for me is the labeling of the hotel as a "beach resort". (There is a charge for it, but I think this is probably the case for all hotels in this stretch.) There is a 6-lane road between the hotel and the beach. I think this is sufficient to disqualify a hotel as a beach resort. (That said, this might be the case everywhere in South Florida?) Also, the beach was full of seaweeds. These issues are not particular to Sonesta, all the hotels in this stretch (including some well-known names) face the same conditions. Hence, I think that the hotel still deserves a 5-star."

"Our stay at Premier was excellent. We stayed for 3 days for our honeymoon. Very clean, the staff was exceptional and friendly. Just cross the street and you're on the beach. Price was great! Only dislike, no room service. But close to nearby eateries.
Complimentary breakfast is great though. 10 stars! Overall!"
