「Really enjoyed my stay. The kasa team was wonderful, the room was well maintained, the view was beautiful, and the valet staff was super prompt. The only recommendation would be to add more beach chairs and maybe upgrade the current ones. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable!」

「Our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel about 130a. Told there were no room for us. Took us across the street to another hyatt hotel where we waited about 15 mins and the clerk said she didn't have any rooms at all. Sent us back to this hotel. We were given a room and then was charged double. Fortunately everything was straightened out in the morning. It was very nerve wracking when all these other factors came into play. 「Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".」
