I recently booked a stay at your location in Fort Lauderdale (FLL), and I feel compelled to share my experience. While the young lady at the front desk was kind and professional, the condition of the property itself was extremely disappointing.
From the moment we entered the lobby, we were hit by a strong, unpleasant odor that continued through the hallways and into our room (#110). The smell was deeply embedded in the carpet and walls, making it unbearable. When we arrived in the room, it was clear that we could not spend the night there.
My wife and I decided to leave immediately. We were even willing to forfeit the $100 we had already paid, just to avoid staying in such uncomfortable conditions. That said, I sincerely hope we can be refunded for this experience, as we did not use the room.
I trust this feedback will be taken seriously and encourage improvements at this location. I look forward to hearing from you.
