Parking was ok. One or two persons at the front desk was ok. Managers have no regards for customers. Slept in a bed with bed bugs and when i went to .ake a complaint there was no mangager in place. I was informed that i would have to wait until 9am the following morning to speak with the manager. This is unacceptable and a complete disregard for customers concerns, health and safety.

Airport shuttle only available if you call, which is not listed on Expedia, we thought they would have a rotating shuttle to come around the airport, but no, it only really works if you’re leaving the hotel to the airport, not really for being picked up

We had a 2 queen suite for our stay before and after a cruise. The beds were high up from the ground. They had a pillow top on them. A nicer bed for a hotel in my experience. There was a big tv and sitting area as well. The hot breakfast in the morning had things my son with celiac could eat (eggs, sausage, egg and cheese omelet). There was also coffee, juice, carton milks, and yogurt. Bread items included bagels, toast, muffins, pancake maker. The dining area fills up quick. They do offer a shuttle to and from the airport. There is NO luggage storage, contrary to what the paper sign on the entrance says. Check in and out were quick. And people do book rooms for day use only here. We did not explore the area at all. We were here twice for 1 night before and after a cruise. They have Dove shower products in the shower.
Elevated beds, not all plugs on the stand between the beds worked for us.
Next to a gas station for drinks and restroom if you have to wait to check in. Room keys are needed for bathroom on ground level.

Clean room. Manager wasnt very friend. He offered free shuttle from airport and we called when we arrived and he said it will be 15 mins. 1 hr later the shuttle arrives with no calls about delays. Driver stated he told manager he was stuck in traffic but we were stuck in the unknown

We were coming from a cruise as many others using this hotel were and arrived quite early, there was no luggage storage and it was really full in the lobby with everyone waiting as no one wanted to just leave their stuff unattended. The rooms themselves were okay, but it was really loud with doors shutting and you could hear people talking. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety and great yogurt
