This was our 2nd time at B Ocean. The staff was extremely kind and professional. The amenities and beach access are amazing. The only thing that I'm disappointed about is that I requested an upgrade after receiving the offer from the hotel. I had selected a marina view room, and asked for an ocean front with balcony thinking that it would be a better choice. The room was not as good as expected. Stains around the toilet, dirty bathroom curtain, scratched furniture. I don't think it was worthy. The food at the pool restaurant was delicious.

Nice location. Hotel could use some updates. We were in the beach house. Ceiling was all cracking, there was a towel tied with garbage bag on smoke alarm and the people in the next room had a barking dog. Also keep notice they add tip automatically to tabs. Pool waiter added it and then gave me an undetailed receipt to add a tip to total and i didnt know it was in the total until he gave me the second receipt after

Staff was super friendly. & the property was exactly as advertised. The room could’ve been cleaner. cleaning entered the room even though there was a privacy sign on the door.

Beds had visible sagging spots in the middle and were extremely uncomfortable need to be replaced. This hotel is not all that in a bag of chips for the price that they charge to stay there it’s kind of like a normal holiday in type place and if you check out a day early, they refuse to give you your money back for the day you don’t stay there.

Room was absolutely dirty and place was horrible. The videos and TikTok’s of the place is an absolute lie. There were so many hidden fees and staff had us wait 30 minutes prior to check-in after our flight was delayed. Do not book this place.

The room was average size with 2 full beds. The rooms have no drawers, no hooks to hang towels, clothes etc. and we were told all the rooms are the same. We paid for an upgrade to a room w/a view not worth it. The phones didn’t work and even using your cell, front desk didn’t answer. The lights had to be changed and the tv didn’t give access to movies or even the guide. The buffet breakfast was $30 and not worth it. Better to get Starbucks in the lobby. Pool and beach very nice and location close to the market and restaurants. Best to take golf cart transportation to Las Olas for the better restaurants and entertainment. Manager very nice.

The hotel while clean and pretty has extremely incompetent staff members. The lack of problems solving abilities, efficiency and willingness to assist at the front desk is deeply concerning. We checked in Friday and our reservation was lost, we had to then rebook, the staff only Booked one night (not 3) so then we were asked to leave the room and go online to rebook to be allowed back in. Then after all of this they double charged us. When explaining and trying to work it out with the staff they were rude dismissive and just not nice at all

Front desk MR Charlie was so great nice and friendly personally 100% made me and my sister laugh as soon as we got there felt safe explain everything where we was going the beach the pool the food the bar showed us the map of the hotel I would definitely stay again and recommend my stay with others thank you for the great hospitality
