The room was average size with 2 full beds. The rooms have no drawers, no hooks to hang towels, clothes etc. and we were told all the rooms are the same. We paid for an upgrade to a room w/a view not worth it. The phones didn’t work and even using your cell, front desk didn’t answer. The lights had to be changed and the tv didn’t give access to movies or even the guide. The buffet breakfast was $30 and not worth it. Better to get Starbucks in the lobby. Pool and beach very nice and location close to the market and restaurants. Best to take golf cart transportation to Las Olas for the better restaurants and entertainment. Manager very nice.

The hotel while clean and pretty has extremely incompetent staff members. The lack of problems solving abilities, efficiency and willingness to assist at the front desk is deeply concerning. We checked in Friday and our reservation was lost, we had to then rebook, the staff only Booked one night (not 3) so then we were asked to leave the room and go online to rebook to be allowed back in. Then after all of this they double charged us. When explaining and trying to work it out with the staff they were rude dismissive and just not nice at all

Front desk MR Charlie was so great nice and friendly personally 100% made me and my sister laugh as soon as we got there felt safe explain everything where we was going the beach the pool the food the bar showed us the map of the hotel I would definitely stay again and recommend my stay with others thank you for the great hospitality

Room was clean. Phone did not have a cord and the outlets were too loose to hold a cord, Friendly staff. Front desk seemed understaffed. Pool and beach were nice. Bar at pool was nice and food was good. Garbage cans leading to pool were o reflowing every morning and there was garbage on the beach in the morning, They should clean at night so it’s fresh in the morning. Overall i enjoyed my stay and the pool.

Booked here because wanted to go to the mermaid show, but it was not on they said due to cold weather. I had contacted them before going to ask about reserving a place to see the show, and i was told there was no need to reserve you can just show up. Didn't see any mention of the possibility of it not being on.

Check-in experience was terrible. Our room was still not ready at the 4pm check-in. We arrived at 10am. Was told at 2pm we were number 2 in line to have our room serviced. Still not ready at 4pm so they gave us another room which you could understand why it was available. The hotel does a lot of business with the cruise ships and our room was perfect for somebody staying one night. We were staying for 4 nights. Not a chair, no drawers for clothes. Was not the room I thought I was getting based on the pictures and what I paid for. Our Monday was terrible. They had the main pool and outdoor bar closed all day for a wedding that took place on the beach around 4pm and also closed the beach and the beach bar as well. You know this wedding was planned in advance so notice should have been given when we booked our room at the end of November. We would have looked at another place since we lost a whole day at B and had to find other activities away from the hotel. We got a survey from B and said to text them if you weren't going to rate them a 10. I texted them and got confirmation that somebody would contact me shortly. Never heard from them. Not a bad hotel if you are taking or coming back from a cruise and need a place to stay for the night. Definitely would not do 4 nights again at B.

I would like to start with a big gratitude for the evening team of Paris and Joe who checked me on my first time. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. This was my third time staying at B Ocean and again it was a great stay. The hotel is in a quiet spot of Seabreeze Blvd but still close enough to Marina Village so as to not feel isolated. It is a 15 min walk to the weekend market at Las Olas Oceanside Park and some of the more livelier bars/restaurants. I love the addition of the convivence store/gift shop that was recently added. Looking forward to my next stay at B Ocean

Proximity to the beach was wonderful. Staff was nice. House keeping wasn't great - low on towels, no complimentary toiletries or bottled water, shampoo was empty. Cleanliness was fine, check out line was always long at the front desk. Overall, it was a good stay.
