「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」

「Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. There sufficient lighting and parking on the property. Overall...

「All the negative reviews regarding check in is on the person that booked it. Once booked it clearly states to contact property 24hrs in advance for check in code which I did and everything was very smooth. The rooms where clean the experience was amazing」

「There was so much noise from other apartments, we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights in a row. Staff didn’t do anything after I reported the disturbance on the second night.」

「Kate was a very amazing manager. Helpful and friendly, going above and beyond in making sure everything was in order and that her guests ( my family) were cared for. I would highly recommend using Turtle Cove again, and we surely will!」

「The pictures are absolutely not accurate! Crusty old and run down. If you have any type of weight to you, you will not fit on the toilet. The kitchen was disgusting and old. The entire place was disappointing at best... AVOID」
