Theres a pool, but it was green, with tacky signs everywhere saying that the pool was closed. I tried to get a refund after I stepped in one of the rooms, which looked nothing like the pictures, only to have to have to contact 3 different support staff to see what happened. 「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」

「Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. 「The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. 「Overall, we had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was that we stayed for six days and did not receive fresh towels or additional trash bags. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.」

The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder.
