"I had a great experience. Awesome and accommodating staff… clean rooms. There weren’t refrigerators in the rooms that was disappointing but the beach across the street and lots of local restaurants is a great amenity. "

"Upon arrival we were told the hotel was completely sold out. I told the concierge that I booked a room 2 weeks ago to which he replied ah yes we have one room left. I asked if it was partial ocean view since that’s what I booked. He told us the rooms are first come first serve it had a view but of the parking lot. It was my daughter’s 20th birthday. That was first disappointment. We went up to the room my daughter entered the bathroom which she couldn’t close the door too because it was rubbing on the frame. She lifted the toilet seat and discovered diahrea all over the seat. It was disgusting. I went to the phone to call downstairs but the phone was dead. I didn’t bother going downstairs but took pics of toilet and door. Room also was very musty and humid. We went downstairs to the ocean side for a few hours then when we came back the ac cooled the room so it was better. The sheets had stains. We flipped them over and just went to sleep. There was also hair around the sink in the bathroom. This was so embarrassing for me since I wanted to treat my family to a nice ocean view hotel. We checked out in the morning and went to the beach. It was the first and the last time we will be staying there. I would like my refund of the key cash we used. My credit card company already refunded us for the stay upon receiving the pictures and our statement. "

"Needs updating. The room I had did not have a working heater, took 3 calls to get a portable heater. All outlets in the room are worn and did not work. Windows looking out to the beautiful beach was covered in greasey handprints. Drapes were filthy. Spending $1660 for 4 days was a disaster. No one at front desk ever answer the phones. "

"Check in was 2 hours after 4pm (said time of check in). Resort itself was nice, room was nice and clean (minus the random pills left on the window sill and Tupperware in the fridge that said “ to Bentley, love Mom). Everything is crazy expensive - breakfast for 2 adults (no drinks except water) was $110. Drinks by the pool… minimum $20 for a cocktail. $17 if it was a virgin cocktail. We had a sick child in the room and needed new sheets and towels and it took 9 calls to “guest services” to finally send someone up over an hour later.. which they brought A sheet and 3 towels for the 4 of us. The pool sever we had was great - super sweet! The elevator is terrible… apparently the staff use the same ones (only 2 for 11 floors) so there was ALWAYS a long wait. Tried to go to the “concierge” to find excursions and all we got was “well you should just do this one because I get a commission”… ya, not happening. There is also nothing in walking distance and any “snacks” you need are priced through the roof. Although I say all this negative stuff… please know that I let a lot of things slide but there were just too many. Resort itself was very nice and we were pleased with our room in general "

"There were not enough chairs at the pool, our room was serviced only once in 6 days, we had to request new coffee and cups daily, and the coffee cup tops did not fit on the bottoms. There was one front desk worker who was very rude when I requested our room to be cleaned. And then it never was. "

"An outstanding little guest house with the owners being the most helpful, friendly and best hosts ever. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and their continental breakfast hit the spot! We found a little piece of paradise and will definitely return!!"
