"Things seem modern but cheap. From cold blue led lighting in the rooms and lobby to the lack of seating in the lobby even though there is a huge space. The reception desk team members were warm, accomodating, and friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast attendant either hates her job or had a bad morning. We were sitting having coffee from a out 7:30 until the end of breakfast at 9:30. There was the usual so steady stream of people but everyone seemed upbeat and enjoying their morning. I didn't notice anyone grumpy other than the attendant. The coffee machines weren't working so she told someone "see, this is what happens when people are getting coffee 24/7" as she cleaned out the machines and reset them Then I heard people taking about the oatmeal, eggs, etc running out. We hadn't seen the attendant for quite a while. At 9:10, I was ready to get some eggs and oatmeal and they had still not been refilled. I went to the reception desk clerk and asked. She seemed perplexed as breakfast doesn't end until 9:30. When she asked the breakfast attendant, the attendant complained "well, most of it just ends up in the garbage", I assume meaning, she wasn't going to put more food out. Either offer breakfast or don't. Don't play games and then complain about what the guests do and don't do that you made promises to. There are so many good options in the area to stay. Why stay here?"
