I always love staying here! Perfect spot on Hollywood beach :) the rooms are updated, check in is easy and it’s truly a perfect little getaway. Will be back again and again!

Spring Break/Beach Vacay

Great location - close to the beach. Enjoyed the small kitchenette for making snacks & lunches. Nothing fancy about this hotel, but it was clean and staff was helpful during my interactions with them.

Great place close to beach; could use a dusting

The room we stayed at was very nice and close to the beach, microwave and small kitchen were great as well. One complaint is that the place seemed a bit dirty, nothing crazy but definitely smudges on the walls etc. closet was also a bit dirty, other than that nothing bad to say at all.

Due to flight cancellation had to pick this hotel last minute. Like others mentioned I booked Greniers but was given a room at a different hotel. Supposedly, this a chain of 15 hotels under the HBH umbrella. For the time I spent there it was fine. Clean, area seems to be quiet, close to the beach but really needs some modern equipment like lamps with charging ports and better WIFI. Overall, I would stay here again if it was an emergency but for vacation I would definitely shop around the area.

My experience wasn’t so good, I extended my stay 2 extra days and housekeeping wasn’t aware they were rude and they sent a skinny African American bully to remove me out the room while the other housekeepers stood around watching and laughing. It was as clean as it could’ve been considering the conditions of the room which needs major improvement. The tv and remote was having issues that wasn’t fixed until the next day. The location was the very best part, 2 minutes walk to the beach and night clubs, shopping and restaurants were very close

Excellent location, that's the only good thing. The room was in horrible condition. Extremely sloppy, dirty walls, cracked bathroom accessories, the door was dirty and broken, the wall socket was broken. Also, the breakfast was terrible: bread with cream cheese from a jar handled by all the guests and something like orange juice, but it was something else that tasted bad. I would go back to the beach, but not to that hotel (or another of the same group).

First off, I've stayed here twice and knew what I was booking when I recently booked it. I know it's a bit run down, I know the staff is at best annoyed to help... So my dissatisfaction isn't based on that. The location is amazing to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk ect and the price is right. When I stayed previously they had a gym, when I booked on line it says they have a gym...they do not have a gym... I was told it was closed for repairs, it is gone from where it was on the property and I can not find it and it is no longer on their map. They also claim to have 4 pools, only 3 on the map and only 3 could be found. I very much dislike being sold one thing and then getting something different, I booked here exclusively this time because I didn't have a car, but knew they would have a gym for me to use.... I do not like running/walking on the boardwalk as exercise nor did I want to pay to rent a bike. The week day breakfast staff person who appeared to be possibly in charge of the cleaning staff was amazing... other staff meh. I traveled alone as a female and felt safe in this area and safe in my room. My room was small, but I booked it expecting that, the one thing that was missing was any type of drawers for my clothing. I had a little table, a small fridge with freezer, microwave, sink, stove top, all of that was great, I also had a king bed, linens were good, bed/pillow was comfy, towels, shower great both water pressure and hot water!

Place was nice and comfortable not going to deny it the only thing is that is not equipped properly since there is no shampoo conditioning there is no paper towel. There are no cops no utensils. There is no at least complementary water by besides that it was good.
