「The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. 」

「My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. 「I stayed here with my family for 9 days the place was amazing, shout out to their stuff they are awesome all of them specially the house keeping ladies that do an awesome job and I didn't ask for his name but lets say “the guy with the silver hair”he keeps the place so clean and welcoming, the kitchen stuff and service ladies, you don’t really need to have lunch after the delicious breakfast they provide every single day, overall my family and I loved the place, let me not forget the front desk...
