"This hotel was a very good deal at the price that I got. I was paying under $200 a night. Anything more and the price/value would start to get a bit askew. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check into my room a few hours early on the day I arrived."

"It was clean and nice. Had a small kitchen with no dishes or pans that I could find. Water was cold, though the office lady said we just needed to run it longer to get hot. Bring $50 cash for the deposit, they didn't have any change, so they had me pay $60. Overall, I was sceptical, but turned out pleasantly surprised. Would stay again."

"Well the view was perfect and loved how large the balcony was. Loved the pool on the rooftop. They supplied towels for beach and pool which was nice. Keycard to enter room was on a bracelet which was super convenient. This place states there is a sofa bed and there was NOT one. We all had to sleep in the one king sized bed. The staff was great at the resort but when we had an issue with the toilet we had to wait for someone from an outside source to come in and don’t think they actually came due to this being privately owned. I ended up fixing toilet myself. Valet was a pain and they charged me for an extra day and still haven’t been able to talk with anyone regarding that. I’m hesitant to book again here just for the simple fact I’m not sure if there will be a sofa bed as claimed. I tried messaging prior to booking for questions and never got a response"

"The building and its amenities were excellent. The pool was beautiful, the beach was amazing, and the staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and professional. The valet service was efficient, and the hallways always smelled fresh and clean. We also appreciated that the stovetop vent hood worked very well. Unfortunately, the listing was not accurately represented on the website. We believed we were booking a hotel, but instead it was a privately owned unit with no housekeeping service. Before booking, we repeatedly confirmed that the unit would comfortably accommodate six adults, but the sleeping arrangements did not meet that expectation. The unit was also missing basic essentials. There was not enough toilet paper provided, there was no broom to sweep the floors, and the washer and dryer were not very effective, especially the dryer. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach setup. For a reservation of six guests, only two beach chairs and two beach towels/covers were provided, which was inadequate for our group. Overall, the building itself is wonderful, but the listing should be much more transparent so guests know they are renting a privately owned unit rather than staying in a full-service hotel and can have realistic expectations about the amenities provided."
