Apparently this place use to be a fabulous place, that must of been in the 80s or 90s perhaps, the beds are still box springs and mattress as well. The continental breakfast is bread and cereal the eggs are an extra fee. The elevators are hazardous for handicapped people. The bar is a dump, the bar tenders are winging it and drinks are poured either to light or over poured that can’t be good for business. They offer massage on property and they never answered the phone (we stayed for a week) the laundry went from 3 washers and 2 dryers to now only one of each and you have to open the dryer to to one of them so they can exhaust to dry your cloth. They have NO Parking, but you can valet next door at the MonteCarlo for $30 a day. They in-house restaurant is not worth the value on the menu, they should scale down and give better quality

Staff was great it was a ten minute sign often from people walking away form the front desk but all in all a good vibe and good customer service my kids are older teenage boys and really enjoyed as well!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The photos are much different than the reality. Besides the pool and the beach accommodations, the hotel is more like a glorified motel. From the start, it was clear that the property is in a seriously rundown condition. The customer service was virtually nonexistent — staff were unhelpful and unresponsive throughout my visit. On top of that, my room had several issues, including a broken door and a non-functioning TV, among other problems. Given the number of issues I encountered, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The hotel needs to be updated for sure, old wet, smell leaks in the bathrooms. Staff was not on point with cleaning before we got there and during our stay.

Will never return. Too expensive for what it offers. Old property, a lot of broken stuff, pool was terribly dirty, shower and TV didn’t work and the elevators are past due on their inspection and license of operation.

The location was excellent, very central and convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel felt quite outdated, the breakfast options were very poor, and the room was not very clean. I also experienced issues with bed bugs, which was unacceptable. Definitely not a place I would return to.

Poor conditions for people with disabilities. The bathrooms are not accessible, and the pool lift was broken and wasn't fixed during the entire week I was there. They also don't have an amphibious wheelchair, or at least a beach wheelchair, and access to the beach from the hotel is impossible for a wheelchair user because the door leading to the beach isn't accessible for a disabled person. The dining room ceiling had several collapsed pieces, and they used cardboard to cover the gaps. There were also broken washers and dryers. I could go on listing things, but it's really not worth it; I simply don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely Disappointed – Anniversary Trip Ruined Due to Triple Booking I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. While trying to book through Expedia, I was double-booked due to miscommunication with a support agent who did not speak fluent English. I later found out I was booked a third time without my consent, and charged over $800 in total. This was supposed to be a special trip for me and my partner — our 10-year anniversary — and it ended up being completely derailed. The stress of the charges, the confusion, and lack of accountability have made this a nightmare. I was only able to file an insurance claim for one night, and despite reaching out, I’ve received no proper resolution yet. I expected much better from a hotel with a reputation like Sherry Frontenac’s. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures others don’t go through what I did.

La propiedad está en malas condiciones, dentro de la habitación encontramos cucarachas , se dio la queja y lo único que hicieron fue mandar ala chica de limpieza a hechar Lysol La atención en el comedor es terrible el Microondas sucio siempre , ponían llave a la leche pero el Café lo dejaban pero la leche con llave , el Área de la piscina tiene daños en el suelo mi hija se lastimó por el mal estado de el Alrededor de la piscina roto muchas cosas malas en ese lugar la verda no lo recomiendo y solo el Hecho que una habitación tenga cucarachas es una cochinada
