「My first concern is that I thought I was renting an apartment in the Citizen M building in Brickell but ended up in an apartment above a multi storey car park a mile away from where I wanted to be. This might be the Expedia algorithm, to be fair. The second complaint is that the check in experience was diabolical. 「This is the perfect place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Miami downtown Rico area the location is great. The listing is exactly as it looks even better actually and it’s very clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. It is prime location and overall just a top-notch place to stay for your Miami vacation. I would highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Miami to stay here. Thank you so much to the staff for making my stay as pleasant as possible.」
