"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"It was a quick two night stay, the property was easily accessible, quick and seamless check in, parking was easy and the room was very clean! The beach was just a short walk and they had chairs, umbrellas and towels available! The young men at the beach set everything up they were courteous and very helpful! Other than the windows in the unit being very dirty everything else was great!"
