"Clean room"

"The worse, dirtiest, moldiest and stinky hotel “aka” resort we’ve ever stayed in. I’m not even sure where the stars that they currently have came from…mail in ballot? Do not stay, unless you want to catch a foot infection in a shower or cut your toe on a broken floor tile. Don't get me started with the walls, pealing paint, or some sort of water damage that perhaps occurred in 1950 and they’ve been putting new paint over and over again on those walls instead of fixing the main issue first. The toilet paper dispenser looks like has been replaced 1,000 times and instead of patching up the wall, the just move it an inch lower so it sticks to the wall. Ours was almost at the bottom of the wall, few more stays and they will run out of a wall. The stink in the room and the hallways was beyond normal. I had to keep my breath while walking to the room. You had to keep your room super cold for the stank to be bearable. The carpet in the hallways and stairs…just no! Get rid of it, in fact get rid of the hotel because I’m not even sure how it’s still operating. The pictures and description of the hotel on the Expedia website is false advertisement, it does not look like that. AI did a good job getting those pics cleaned up. Oh the pool, the size of a bathtub and you get charged resort fee, what resort? Disgusting "

"Je recommande fortement l'hôtel Collins à Miami Beach. Chaque chambre comprend un frigo et une cafétière (café inclus). Il y a un micro-ondes et des ordinateurs avec internet dans la salle commune. Cet hôtel est très bien situé: à environ 5-7 minutes de marche de la plage et à 10 minutes de marche de l'épicerie Publix. Il y a une piscine avec des chaises longues sur le terrain de l'hôtel. Enfin, il y a un kiosque de locations de vélos ($) à 5 minutes de marche et plusieurs restaurants sont accessibles à pied (Pizza-Hut, Subway, Love Brunch, Venezia, etc.)."

"Worst night sleep, pillow was like a bath mat. Not enough pillows either. Not enough towels. It had a coffee maker and coffee, but no cups. It was also advertised as a 1 bedroom, but it was a Studio. "

"The property list they have a resturant. The resturant has been close since last year and is not plan on reopening. I had to walk a half mile in the cold to the nearest open facility"

"Partial view to the ocean. My 5th time stay since 2012. Kitchenette very convenient for breakfast and snacks. The room this time was in the part of the building not completely remodeled. Decoration little bit outdated but clean and confortable. Ana Fernandez at the front desk very helpfull with details and needs. If you are looking for a cozy place, family oriented this is the location. Nice pool facilities and gym. Walk to the beach just in the back. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Good transportation, bus and trolley. I do like this landmark a lot. Definetely will stay again."
