"Pool was unusable as it was freezing, only one elevator per tower worked and that made moving around difficult. The location and view was the saving grace for this hotel for sure."

"The staff at the Hilton Cabana was excellent. However, the facilities was very poor. If it wasn’t for being on the beach this facility would be a two star rating. "

"The WiFi and service is terrible. They have one router (it would seem) and so it’s perfect on the first and second floor but it’s terrible if you’re on any floor higher. It barely connects on the 3rd. Furthermore, they don’t have any parking. So you’ll be stuck figuring out where to park in Miami Beach (not easy) Nice hotel but those are two really big issues. "

"This is my go to place whenever I visit Miami Beach if it’s not booked up . The location is great! close to the beach , cafes , restaurants, bank ( ATM ) and even a Walgreens there is also ample public transportation within foot steps from the hotel .. i highly recommend this hotel for everyone - Cheers Joe "

"We had a great experience with the concierge desk. Both Angelo and Chris provided us excellent service. We had an unfortunate travel delay and airport change that caused us to get in around 2 am. Both of these men helped to assist us in getting our luggage from the airport to the hotel, then to our room. The room itself was nice and cool, perfect for sleeping. The beach is a nice quick walk and plenty of places to eat near by. "

"Terrible stay. Staff make a lot of noise, banging the walls in other rooms when cleaning. Vacuuming outside the room in the hall way. Dialogue with other staff members in the hallway. Called the front desk and they told me they would escalate the situation. It was terrible. I will never go back . No breakfast included."
