「A maintenance crew was working right outside my window during the night and well past 1am. They were welding and hammering metal sheets and talking loudly. I called the property manager 5 times and they kept saying that they cannot ask the crew to stop working even though it was almost 1am. When I tried speaking to the crew they said I should speak to the property manager. The work wouldn’t stop and I was only given the option to change rooms at 1am.
