「I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel truly welcomed. Her positive attitude really made a difference and added a lot to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again...

「A true Boutique Hotel where you see the same friendly faces day to day and want to spend time there. The location is perfect to walk around to all of the great shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove, but definitely enjoy Bellini and the Creperie in house!」

「The room is clean and good ventilation, but without toothpaste and toothbrush. There are many choice on TV channel and also can connect to Netflix and Youtube, however, the WiFi connection in room is poor.」
