「the room is so big and nice」

「I had the 3 bedroom penthouse. It looked like the pictures. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. This property is walking distance from just about everything. The deskperson Ray was so welcoming and helpful. My only downfall was the late replies from the host. I never received the online check-in from them, however when I arrived at the property Ray checked me in with no problem. My other issue was the Sunday morning female at the desk (I forgot her name). 「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help.
