Friendly staff with a good process for check ins after 5pm. The building is older but if you don't mind that the location is perfect. Lots of great shots to eat nearby. Highly recommend the garlic roles at the Broadwalk.

The room is spacious but needs some maintenance. The blinds fell off and hit my friend in the head. The pillows are lumpy, a/c is very noisy. It's very good value though given how expensive everything in that area is and it is very close to the beach. Also staff was very kind in dealing with the blinds issue.

Staff is very friendly and location is perfect. Walking distance from the beach, broadwalk and restaurants. The place needs cleaning as bathroom walls were with old soap. We tried to use the shower as less as possible. The sofa bed is very old. Overall we had a great time but if you need for a long stay a week+ might not be the right choice especially if you have to cook and use the place more then we did. we just slept.
