The staff was friendly! The bathroom needed better cleaning. Killed 2 bugs(not roaches but something similar), mold under shower shelf, and shower overall needed better cleaning. The door to the room was off the automatic door closer so we had to make sure it actually closed. There were ants on the coffee counter and the breakfast food was not the best.

Hotel was clean and staff were nice and helpful. It's a big hotel and attached properties so it gets busy. Parking was extra. Room cleaning is every other day. If you weren't at breakfast within the first hour of it opening it got very busy with a big line up. But there are many breakfast options and the food was very good. The Disney shuttle is spotty, if you're doing Disney either drive on your own or use a ride share instead.

Really great location for Disney park hopping. Clean room. Pool and slide was a nice added touch. It was a bit deceitful to pay for "self-parking" when it's listed as an "optional extra". it should be disclosed that there's a parking fee, or include it in the initial cost of booking.

When we arrived we were expecting a clean, welcoming, friendly stay due to the reviews and unfortunately it was not what we expected. The room had weird stains on the lamp covers, some small ones on the bed sheets, and when we arrived toilet paper hadn’t been stocked or shampoo. The phone was disconnected and under the side table which we thought was weird? DO NOT USE the dryers we paid $6.00 to dry a small load and it did not dry at all the clothes were still soaked!! When we told the lady at the front she only returned $3.00 and told us there was nothing she could do. We took the kids for a swim and also were told to wait 5 minutes for towels and ended up waiting 25 minutes and still no towels, we just went back up to the hotel room and got normal towels.

The location is fantastic if you are planning to spend your time at Disney. Clean, safe, spacious rooms and breakfast was fantastic. We spent 4 days and each day they had a variety of different breakfast foods. A favorite for many is the Mickey shaped waffles. We were there to visit our daughter in the College Program and location is close to her housing as well. We will definitely stay there again!
