「Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. 」

「Mildew smell, threadbare sheets, stained curtains and comforters, springy beds, flickering lights, loud music until 4 am Nextdoor. Went here for spring break and would have had a great time if we had just picked another place to stay, they miscellaneously charged my friends card for a huge sum of money and thought they could get away without us noticing and then didn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Pool and hot tubs and tennis courts are nice enough and the beach isn’t too crowded....

「My room did not have a beach view. ($100 extra) It was a sand view. This was the second time giving this place a chance. Property is nice but no beach view and the beach access was not maintained. We had to go down a bunch of sand and it wasn't safe 」

「Our original room was not so good. Opened the door. It smelled like pot. It was old, outdated. No balcony. Guest check in switched our room out. That room was very nice. Recently updated, still no balcony. Remodeling was not a welcome sight or SOUND. Parking lot blocked, noise was horrible. The drunken parrot bar was surprise . 」
