「We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the apartment! The view was amazing, and the location was great. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach, or you can easily drive there. There is some free parking available if you’re lucky enough to grab a spot, or paid parking for $10 for 3 hours. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back! The only downside was the air conditioning upstairs. It got quite hot, possibly because of the roof, or maybe the AC itself needs...

「The view was perfect! Room wasn't dirty but not as clean as it could have been. The people we dealt with were really prompt at taking care of a situation we had.」

「To begin with, we had no idea how to get into our condo. Apparatently, we were supposed to be notified one week prior. Therefore, I had to call the company in order to get the information as there is no front desk. The view is amazing. The property s clean. You have to pay to wash your towels. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. It fell multiple times throghout our stay.」

「The Kapalua Bay Villas are located on the cliffs above Kapalua Bay. The Villa we were in had a large grass area in front of us, then the cliffs, ocean, etc. Yremendiously beautiful setting. Sitting on the patio and listening to the wind and waves is incredibly tranquil... It is truly a multimillion dollar view. While I give 5 stars, mostly for the location, as the actual condo is starting to get a bit run down. The walls need paint and some repairs. The counter grout is chipping out of...

「The AC was on the floor in the main room, bedroom was humid and no AC. Otherwise the stay was great!」

「Communication was excellent and check-in was very easy. We had a ground floor room, which was what we needed, but I think the second floor would have a view of the bay. Our lanai had a hammock and lots of visiting birds. The room itself was thoughtfully appointed. When you enter the kitchenette was to the left with a microwave, coffee maker, electric cooktop and full-size refrigerator.
