"When we first pulled up to the property, I was a little apprehensive. The driveway is basically the back, so it didn't look like the pictures. But once we checked in and entered the property, holy moly! The grounds were absolutely immaculate, the pool was so clean and the seating and umbrellas, etc., were resort class. We loved the patio and chairs outside our room and enjoyed sitting out there and watching the clouds and listening to the ocean. The room was the perfect size, spotless and the soaps and shampoos were wonderful. My hair has never been softer! The beds had the perfect amount of pillows! SIX! The towels were soft, the staff were amazing, over all I think we'll spend more days at this hotel. The restaurant was very nice and the food was ok. No fault of theirs, all the food and drinks are expensive when on vacation. We loved this property so much and it was a great choice. The Coconut Marketplace was next door which had a great selection of restaurants, shops and a convenience store with souvenirs, supplies and food."

"The Fern Grotto Inn was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location for accessing all areas of the island without making the drive too long. The River Cottage was perfect, the bed and pillows were so comfy! We were extremely happy with our stay."

"The oceanfront views are excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and nice balcony. Renovated bathroom with oversized tub but challenging entry/exit which could be resolved with handle assist. Great parking and awesome pool with waterfall. "

"One night stay at this place for our backpacking trip. Love the location and cleanliness. Didn’t have much daylight left by the time we settle down for the night. Took a little stroll to take a glimpse of what’s left of the sunset. It sure was beautiful. "

"Generally the stay was great. Check in was less than pleasant when told we had to pay for A/C and an extra tax. Our package said all was included. It did get resolved a couple days later. Also concierge when we got there was too much since we had been up for almost 24 hours. Felt pressure to do a time share sales pitch. We did cancel it the next day since we had no interest . Parking spaces were tight made it hard to load and unload luggage"
