"Great property, clean rooms, beautiful views. Nice shops and restaurants. One issue- Check-in was a nightmare, not enough staff at the front desk. Took an hour standing in line to check in."

"This is my second time in the Twin Fin in the last 3 years. I returned there this summer because I love this hotel! Conveniently located, clean rooms, and friendly staff. You know what you are getting and you are not disappointed. I will return to the the Twin Fin on my next Honolulu visit!"

"Staff was always friendly when we had questions. Breakfast was amazing as they had a 7 day rotation of different items so you didn't have to eat the same thing all week."

"So glad I booked this hotel on Expedia. Perfect location, good housekeeping, adequate breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows and strong water pressure even though we were on the 15th floor. Yes, the furniture and decor are outdated and it would have been nice to have a full-length mirror in the room, but those are minor issues. I would stay here again!"
