"Sean was the best part of our extended stay. He was able to sort through the red tape that Expedia caused, dealing with their nonsense patiently, professionally, and intelligently, despite Expedia staff messing things up repeatedly. Give Sean a raise!"

"The property was in a good location easy access to buses and local shops for snacks. Breakfast was provided but very limited as a coeliac as no gluten free cereal or toaster was availlable The cooked breakfast did have some gluten free but was limited and repetitive. The weather turned when we stayed and the power went out for about 18hours which meant no lifts and no lights in the rooms. These would be things I will consider if I visit Hawaii again."

"Our package did not include breakfast! We used the $65 resort credit and it’s more like $55 after resort fees and taxes! We did it on a budget and only went over budget by $200 if our math works out if not by over $750!"
