Jennifer was great. They contacted me when the room was ready, they were there and offered to help if I needed anything. Even though the property was old it was kept up well and did not stink and the room was clean. I would definitely stay again.

Pool situation was awkward, as there is no actual pool on the property. But you are able to use the park pool across the street or get in your car and drive to another resort (about 0.6 miles). We tried the second option, only to end up in the middle of a swimming class of about 20 kids. This resulted in us being able to use a corner of the pool, constricted with the other 4 families that brought all the siblings to watch the practice. Sadly, this lead to us not wanting to visit the pool on the second day. Had to continuously kill a couple ants in the bathroom every visit, not enough to need spraying but enough to be noticed and bothersome. We usually always stay across the street but wanted the laundry option, which I didn't end up needing. Honestly, we were wishing we stuck with our original spot across the street.
