「When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. 「Check in stated 4 pm and then I got a text saying it would be delayed to 4:30- we arrived at 4:50 and the room was still being cleaned. Almost everything in the room was broken- shower handles, the couch-bed, AC, and more. the code to our room was the same as the one given to all customers for the front door so it felt unsafe, like anyone could come in. it was loud outside and sometimes really cold. 「Campground was easily accessible, the site was well maintained. No check-in was possible on Monday due to the office being closed, but our friends connected up with the camp host to let them know of our arrival. Overall, the camping and use of amenities (showers, restrooms, etc.) was very nice. Restrooms and showers were clean.」
