Our room was so outdated. The bathroom floor and tile had clearly been repaired a few times. The room corner chair was gross. No coffee maker or refrigerator. What hotel doesnt have lamps or night stands without usb charging ports. My 1st time in Vegas, I expected more for the price!

We were very unsatisfied with the whole experience of our stay. We were here for a very important family reunion and was planning on being here a week. Starting first with the fact that it takes 30 min + to get anyone from the hotel to answer their phone, so made it very challenging to confirm or modify my reservation if needed. When we got there, they was unable to get us into a room, even though I was finally able to confirm that we was able to have a late check in upon arrival. Now mind you, when we got there, they wasn’t even able to locate our reservation for several hours. Finally after fighting with Expedia, who also confirmed our reservation, they assured us we would be in a room by 11am, which did happen in time but that was after the fact I still had to wait 9 hours just to get into my room.So because our room was still unavailable, I was forced to sleep in the rental car until it was ready. Finally after 9 hours of waiting, we were notified that our room was ready. So upon checking into the hotel, I also realized that even because I was a guest at the hotel, I still had to pay $20 a day for parking totaling $120 for our stay just for the parking. Total scam. While I’m headed to my room, I enter into a very dark musty hallway headed to our room. When we get inside, I noticed a very dim, dingy and stale room. Opened the curtains to our window to check out our view, that was completely blocked by a wall letting no natural light in or any view at all for that matter.

The check in did not go so well, all via kiosks and then had to wait for an email with room number that never came. After 30 min, asked an attendant and within a minute, got my email. Room was great, super roomy... clean, nothing to complain about. But, I had three separate sounds going on. I was jetlaged so fell asleep. But the second night, could not sleep. I had a low buzzing sound, a high pitched rumble, and I was happy the airco came on as it drowned out some of that noise. Did not sleep at all! (I was on the second floor). The last night, they changed my room to the 10th floor... and slept fantastic. I just had bad luck with the first room, was just way too noisy.

Walking into the room we realized we didn’t have a shower curtain unknowingly, so we asked house keeping and said it’s supposed to have one. Immediately she put in a ticket and let her supervisor know about the error in our room. The second this is that the sink water smells like rotten eggs. I know that’s probably just a city issue but it was a little bother for me. Over all the staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. I stayed in the resort tower. Don’t be fooled by the scammers trying to sell you package deals in the lobby, I know that’s just their job but they approached me every single time I’d pass them. Overall 8/10 coming from a 25-30 age female on a weekend trip.

Rooms need better maintenance. Our shower and sink didnt drain at all. Had to call maintenance to fix and it. House cleaning was supposed to come clean up the mess and never showed. We ended up cleaning up the mess ourselves so we could continue getting ready for the day. Faucet handles had water leaks so you couldnt have stuff on the counter. There was dirty laundry left in the room. Very neglected property

It’s just dated. And I could find ice, no fridge in room, though the 90s cabinet was built for one. Rental was ridiculously overpriced. Every time I left my room I was accosted by a third party ticket seller. Just made me uncomfortable. Not enough security on Saturday night. But generally ok; a good location on a budget, easily walked to the nicer hotels where my friends were staying.
