「Staff nice , room clean but so small and over charging no breakfast and the room has no view 」

「Low flow toilet clogs; window was extremely cheap, dirty, and out of place; beauty mirror didn't collapse flat, tv faced couch so to face bed you pull it out then walk into it at night; shower door bottom too low drags bath mat; safe mat didn't fit safe; not enough plugs by the door; jackhammer in the morning by the window; and service light button broken.」

「Hotel design is much nicer inside than I expected from the pictures. There were a couple of art exhibitions throughout the lobby which was cool. The pool was small and there were a lot of children splashing around. If you're going with kids or don't mind the splashes then it's probably fine for you. If the pool was bigger it would be OK also but it was a strange mix of people drinking (pool party) vibes and kids. Hotel staff were also weirdly specific (and would stop you)about which water...

Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement...

「The staff were very friendly, the pool was awesome and it was a super short walking distance to good food and the beach. I included the continental breakfast with our room, and I would say it was worth it. It was fresh and they had a good variety of breakfast pastries to go along with fresh fruits. 「Excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y un mini súper. Caminando a 3 minutos se encuentra la parada de autobús (súper útil si deseas ahorrar en transporte) y a 5 minutos del pie de playa. El personal muy atento y siempre al pendiente de las necesidades del huésped. Salvaron mis vacaciones. Tienen buenas recomendaciones de lugares para comer o actividades que realizar en Miami.
