「It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve -
1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced
2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach.

「I had the most relaxing stay at IKAL. i booked a trip to celebrate my birthday month. The hotel concierge was super helpful in booking my private airport pick up and drop off. Everything was super smooth.
