「My girlfriend (friend/colleague/travel buddy) and I stayed at Hotel Mereva during the off-season and absolutely loved it. The hospitality was next level—Erik and Dalia at the front desk were always kind, helpful, and made getting around super easy. The staff, including Felipe, Aaron, Luis, Santos, and Gabriel, were so genuine and warm—it felt like being among friends. The food was unreal. 「Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, nos gustó mucho el lugar, la playa que estaba limpia y le limpiaban el sargazo, la comida también muy rica, nuestra habitación muy cómoda y la vista al mar increíble. La ubicación también excelente, frente a los restaurantes de Puerto Aventuras y ese desarrollo turístico es muy bonito y muy seguro.」

「Goede locatie! Kamers werden altijd proper gepoetst. Keuken had alles wat nodig was. Douchekop en deur zijn wel dringend aan vervanging toe. Meerdere soorten kussens zou beter zijn. Zwembad en ligstoelen hebben hun beste tijd al gehad maar zijn zeker nog doenbaar. Parkeergarage onder het hotel is top, let wel op bij het in- en uitrijden voor schade aan de auto. Ik zou terugkomen.」

「Wir hatten Villa de Rosa als “sleepover” Hotel geplant, um am nächsten Tag früh am Morgen zu nächsten Aktivitäten weiter zu reisen. Weshalb wir einen Raum zum Pool gebucht hatten. Wir wurden vom Hotel Manager empfangen und er stellte uns den Raum vor, den wir gebucht hatten. Alles gut, aber er hatte eine Überraschung vor uns und wir bekamen einen Upgrade zur einem ocean view Studio mit dining room, living room, Küche und Terasse in einem Raum. Schlafzimmer und Bad extra. Die view war fantastisch...

「No pudimos hospedarnos en Alea, estuvimos en Nerea, cuyo personal tiene una atención maravillosa. Cada día la persona de limpieza dejaba la habitación impecable. Las instalaciones siempre estaban idóneas y limpias. La playa a pesar del sargazo era accesible por el muelle. También disfrutamos con el kayak y los chalecos salvavidas que tienen a disposición. 」

「The location is centrally located. As a solo traveler this was important. I was able to walk every and the beach was a 15m bike ride away. The grounds were very quiet and security at night was an added bonus. 」
