「Unfortunately! We had a bad experience with the casa kaoba hotel ! We had to spend one night there without proper electricity ,proper air conditioning! Not so happy with the staff first as they did not mentioned anything beforehand about some incident why they were having issues with the electricity until we complained it’s not working ! But after we requested refund , they managed to give us transfer to the different hotel close to Playa del Carmen !」

「I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while.
