「I like this hotel because of the filtered water station, and the self service laundry. It has all the things I need to stay. The breakfast in the hotel was very good, and We met people from many countries. The hotel staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful! One of the down side is the small size of the rooms, but that can be tolerated. The hotel is very popular so the elevators are busy during peak hours. Sometimes the wait was quite long. 」

「Location is convenient with malls, restaurants nearby and just 7 minutes walk to Lavender MRT. Very friendly and helpful staff who answered our inquiries politely. Room is a bit small and needed some renovation to upgrade the hotel. Though there are a few elevators, yet guests are normally have to queue up for taking elevators to their room floors.」

「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」

「老酒店，房間算是比較大，兩大一小住的還可以。地點靠近馬場，走十分鐘到購物區。搭計程車可以停在皇后大道東，省得繞馬場一大圈」
