Always loving the stay. The hotel is a bit dated but I don’t mind. I always love the surrounding area with easy access to transportation (MTR, tram station). A relatively quiet neighborhood.

I had Kate as my front desk employee who is excellent. Friendly, polite n carry a smile as well as very helpful. On the other hand , Nelson is not very good. Need improvement. Talk to head guy Danny who’s very friendly as well. Been to the old n the remodelled room. The old one carpet n decor need a lot of work.

Staff were nice and helpful Regarding thecdaily cleaning of the room, it started off well at the beginning of the stay. However, as the week went on, the room wasn't cleaned and tidied up to standard. The cups were dirty and weren't relaced. Used cutlery were not taken away Also, it was a shame the pool was closed. It would be nice if bottled water were provided as part of the package
