Beautiful property!! Excellent location —close to station easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Walkable to coffee shops in the morning… Overall loved the area, helpful staff, extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds!! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the Tokyo area!

This hotel was beautiful although it is a little secluded from everything but it’s worth the money! The train station is literally right next door which is great. Everything was clean and organized. Would recommend !

Good place to stay for one night before we departed back to Canada. Onsens are lovely. Pajamas provided. Place is clean and well kept. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, couldn’t see really my face at all to do make up properly. For the price I expected a little more but overall it’s a nice hotel.

We have stayed at a few other Mitsui Garden properties now and this one has great services at the front desk when we asked for help to receive a large courier package and calling taxis (other than the peak time when we checked-in so we ended up not getting in line for the personal touch, instead we did it at the self-service kiosk. On the side note, the housekeeping staff seems to require more attention in details. Otherwise, we loved the balcony setting so we still would consider this property upon next visit in Tokyo.

We had a fantastic stay!! We were there for 5 nights to explore Tokyo. The hotel is right next to 3 train stations that can get you anywhere around Tokyo. The cleanliness, rooms, and staff were great. The room was actually a lot bigger than we had thought it would be. The comfiest beds, linens, and we loved the shower. Only thing to note- the hotel is a little out of the way. There isn’t much for restaurants/shops around the hotel at a walking distance, you do you have to take a train for that, or walk a descent amount. We actually enjoyed being a little out of the way. After a long day of being a tourist and around a ton of people, it was always nice to come back to a more queit area!
