Second time I’ve stayed here and will continue. Very short walk to the main area in Akihabara which makes shopping and arcades a breeze even when wanting to stop and take rest during the day. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! The hotel is well located and clean. Beds are rather hard but this seems common in Japan. They provide pajamas and other amenities.

Great location in Akihabara. Quiet hotel with Japanese breakfast offered for additional fee. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. We got a room upgrade when we had to change rooms for bed changes. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is a bit small, but for the price and the convenience to many train stations, it is worth it. The staff also help us to store our luggages when we have a short travel to other area before recheck-in later.

Great location 5 minute walk to akihabara train station. Great and helpful staff that understands and communicates in english. Breakfast buffet was affordable and had lots of choices. Hotel had laundry on-site, microwave and the room had a mini fridge and hot water heater

Our stay at Via Inn Akihabara was great overall! The location is absolutely fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always present at the reception. However, our room was much smaller than expected, which made things quite difficult with two large and two medium-sized suitcases. We constantly had to shuffle our luggage around just to open one suitcase at a time, which was quite inconvenient. That being said, everything else was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. If you’re traveling with minimal luggage, this hotel is definitely a great choice!

Great service and location for Akihabara area. The biggest fall down was how terribly uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. The pillows were exceptionally hard the mattress was old and the wires dug into us.

Really enjoyed our stay at via inn Akihabara! The staff were super lovely and friendly, location was perfect and the hotel had laundry facilities which was very useful. Trains were close by and the main street of akihabara was only a short walk. The only down side was the rooms seemed a bit outdated compared to photos shown and the beds were very firm. This wasn't a huge issue for us though as the location and friendly staff made up for it.
