The hotel is close to the subway, convenient stores (7-11, Family Mart) and also close to a food area with lots of restaurants with many choices. Hotel's reception area is large and well maintained. The room is clean, good bathroom size. There is a laundry room with a microwave, and the front desk staff ensures smooth operation of the laundry room.

The entry of the hotel was welcoming, the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and informative. We loved the set up of our room, and our shower/bath set up. The views were spectacular! We took advantage of the evening sake tasting and soba noodles our first night there and took in the city views which was the best way to start our travels in Tokyo. We loved the location and its proximity to nearby neighborhoods, Ueno Park, various train stations, so many food options and of course Uniqlo! We stayed here for 5 days and it felt like home away from home. We used the laundry services which were made VERY easy as the room tv let us know when the machines were in use and when they were occupied. We would absolutely stay here again and again and recommend this spot to our friends and family.
