The property was close enough to a station that walking and transportation was quick and easy but just far enough you don’t hear the trains all night. It was very clean, and you have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. the staff were friendly and nice.

The hotel is clean, quite accessible to the train station and safe. The rooms were big for Japanese standards, with excellent amenities. I wish it was a bit closer to Ueno station, but it is certainly not too far. Staff sprak English and were very helpful.

I very much appreciated the staff helping us getting checked in and explaining how everything works, they made us feel very welcome. Also, they were very helpful at checkout with getting our luggage sent to our next MONday Apart Premium location. The Japanese style room was excellent and the view of Skytree right outside our door was so cool.
