Fantastic location next to TST walking distance to Star Ferry and wonderful views of HK island. The light show at 8pm is ok but slightly underwhelming. The normal night view of HK is always worth a picture as is a stroll along the Kowloon waterfront. Taxi to Temple St market from hotel about HKD ...
Service was great! From the moment I stepped into the property people were very helpful.
Great service provided by the staff. The room needed to be cleaned in the middle of the night and with a request put through, they were at the door in less than 10 minutes. A request to extend the checkout time was also made on the last day and they were very willing to accomodate the request.
strategically located with many good local eateries around the hotel. Would love to come back to stay again!
Good hotel, location ok - could have been a little more central for me but close to MTR so not really an issue. Slight musky smell in corridors and room which was a little disappointing.
This is a stunning hotel visually but lacks some of the amenities I usually look for at this level. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed with pleasant decor which is currently being upgraded. Loads of power outlets means none of the usual problems of charging phones away from side tables ...
Everything is fantastic about this hotel - except for one thing - the return bus/shuttle from hotel to ferry is poor - there must be a better route to the ferry , to be in the shuttle for one hour , compared to 15mins from the ferry to hotel - where the route is superb , around the outside of the ...
