I liked the Cleaness and Hospitality of the staff. If there were some CAFE in the hotel not restaurant, I enjoyed little bit more.
Good central hotel. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Onsen was really good.
The location was brilliant and the service just fabulous. Breakfast wonderful and I had the best time. I loved the room designs being mixed western/ japanese.. and the view was great. SUPER happy and I'm planning another trip during beer festival or maybe Odori Matsuri season.
The gym is an amazing facility & it’s so convenient with the access to Lawson 24/7!
Good convenient close to metro easy to find food ^^
Room decor n lighting are excellent compared to Sapporo downtown hotels. Location is a bit off from Central Station but without big luggage, it’s not at all difficult to walk to from Station.
There were a few issues at housekeeping related, however the young male staff took care of it. Also we thanked for allowing us early check in, appreciated.
